Accredited PAT Testing Assessor Course

This accredited PAT Testing Assessor course qualifies you to carry out portable appliance testing (PAT testing) on electrical equipment in the workplace. Employers have a legal duty under the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 to ensure all electrical equipment is maintained in a safe condition, and PAT testing is the most practical way to demonstrate compliance.
The 1-day programme covers electrical safety legislation, visual inspection techniques, electrical testing procedures, how to use PAT testing equipment, interpreting test results, labelling tested appliances, and maintaining accurate testing records.
The course is available at venues across the UK and via live Zoom. In-house delivery is available for organisations with 6 or more delegates.
